Dynamic1

Founded in 2006 by Jason Irish, DynamicDevelop is a digital agency that specializes in web design. Whereas traditional advertising agencies produce print-based materials like brochures and billboards, DynamicDevelop focuses on digital content including online ad campaigns and e-mail marketing in addition to web design.

Irish first started in web design in 2001. He worked for the web department at Lakeland College for a few years before founding DynamicDevelop.

“I looked around and I realized there was a really big hole in the market. The small to medium sized business market was being very underserved,” said Irish. “Between the interest of wanting to do something more as an agency and realizing that there really wasn’t anybody else doing it, it seemed like a good opportunity and I took the jump.”

In July of 2009, James Grunewald joined the company as a partner to Irish. “His arrival is when the company changed from smaller website projects to a full-blown agency,” said Irish.

With Grunewald’s experience in design and Irish’s experience in development, the name DynamicDevelop seemed fitting for the duo’s goals. The company has seen tremendous growth in the past year, expanding from two employees to eight, as well as acquiring numerous freelancers, contractors, and vendors.

“In 8 months, everything has changed in the scope of what we can do, what we can handle, what we’ve done for the customer,” said Trevor Irish, brother of Jason and now a full-time employee at DynamicDevelop.

Not only is DynamicDevelop unique because it has excelled in a time of economic distress, but the company also offers complete start-to-finish web assistance, which is uncharacteristic of most web companies. Most often, one company will do design, another will do research, a third will specialize in coding, and yet another will provide hosting. DynamicDevelop does the research, planning, design, development, and hosting.

“For a lot of the clients, we do social media marketing. So we will help them with Facebook and Twitter or for the larger clients, we will actually run all of their social media stuff for them,” said Irish.  “We’ll write the copy, we’ll post everything, we’ll design it.”

Many people are concerned about computer security but Trevor Irish says that DynamicDevelop is able to put fears to rest. “We are able to build something robust, safe, and secure,” he says.

DynamicDevelop is in the process of rebranding itself, and will finish the roll out of the new materials to the public in September.  This will include changing the company name to Dynamic.

DynamicDevelop will also celebrate their 5-year anniversary in September as well. “We take a lot of pride in our work,” said Irish. “We work really hard and everyone seems to be happy so far with the results.”
