Recently, I was blessed with the opportunity to share my thoughts and ideas on on the subject of branding at the San Antonio Independent Christian Filmmaker’s Academy. I made the presentation to nearly 500 filmmakers. It validated what I’ve believed all along and that is branding is not just for large consumer products companies. Branding is for everyone, because branding is nothing more than the process of building trust. People put value in that which they trust, and little or no value in that which they don’t. This is why building our “personal brand” is one of the most important things we do in our lives.
